1. External wall panels, total thickness 262mm. External gladding 20 x 133 mm (Painted),
battens 22 x 50 mm, 12mm OSB, 45 x 145 mm frame, battens 45 x 50mm, 150 +50* mm rockwool,
vapor barrier, plasterboard 13 mm*.

2. Internal wall panels, total thickness 126 mm. 45 x 95 mm frame, rockwool 100 mm,
Plasterboard 13 mm 2X

3. Floor construction : floorbeams 45 x 195, 200 mm insulation, OSB 22mm

4. Roof construction in panels. Insulation cavity 300 mm. Total thickness 360 mm. 15 mm OSB,
space slats 45 x 50 mm, frame 45 x 245, battens 45 x 50 mm, 18 x 120 eaves boards*,
18 x 120 gable boards*. Middle of roof is also the moisture blocking folio.

5. Ceiling construction in panels, OSB 12 mm, frame 90 x 195 mm, rockwool 100 mm, vapor barrier,
Battens 22 x 90 mm, ceiling boards 11 x 88 mm*.

6. Windows, doors and listing for windows and doors.

7. Fixings : screws, nails, building foam etc.

8. Set of installation drawings.

* These materials are packed and should be install in process erection.

The price does not include: Assembling, foundation and transportation costs.
The price does not include : Electrical, pluming and sewerage materials and installations, interior
finishing materials (paints, wallpapers etc.)

Everything what isn’t mentioned in present appendix isn’t offered!

If it turns out that construction isn’t according to Local building law’s then all additional materials must be supplied by Customer. Therefore all additional works by erection team will be charged an extra!

At the engineering time will become clear which elements are produced in factory and which on building site, otherwise some of them are delivered as materials.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Customer will supply necessary erected scaffoldings, electricity for
building, container for tools and materials at building site, accommodation
for the workers (exact period will become clear after engineering) not far
from building site (max 15 km) and necessary crane to unload the truck and
to build the houses.
